You've been working hard to create a good working culture in your organisation but you don't feel like
your team is reaching its potential? They're stuck in a rut and no matter how hard you try, your colleagues just don't gel the way they should. Maybe there's too much tension or people are holding back because they're afraid of making mistakes or are worried about being judged or ridiculed. It can be tough to create a psychologically safe environment where everyone feels comfortable taking risks and speaking up, yet we know that feeling safe is essential for creativity, well-being and productivity. |
