User Experience (UX) & User Journeys - 22nd June
1 Day Short Course - User Experience and User Journeys (Glasgow)
Who the training is for:
Our Students come from a diverse background, but are aiming at careers in Business Analysis, Digital Strategy, Service Design, Product Management and similar. Some are already in these roles and are looking to strengthen and advance their skills, whilst some are re-skilling from another career.
Why this topic is relevant: User experience has become one of the key success factors of digital products and services. But what is it? How do you design and analyse for it? How does it play into key project artefacts? What's the difference between a process map and a user journey?
This interactive and informative workshop will equip learners with an understanding of what user experience is, and how projects can be designed for user experience. The afternoon will be very hands on, with assessing and mapping an existing user journey, then an improved user journey, and its key edge cases.
We will explore:
- What user experience is
- How user experience can be integrated into projects
- What a user journey is, and what it is used for
- How to create user journeys
