Our Students come from a diverse background, but are aiming at careers in Business Analysis, Digital Strategy, Service Design, Product Management and similar. Some are already in these roles and are looking to strengthen and advance their skills, whilst some are re-skilling from another career.
Why this topic is relevant: As businesses face the challenges and demands of ‘digital transformation’, both from the enablement of technology, and the demands and expectations of both employees and customers, it is increasingly important to be able to assess, benchmark and understand where an organisation is in terms of digital maturity. Once an understanding of the where you are – you can start to map where you need to be and how you will get there - the roadmap.
Objectives of this course:
This interactive and informative workshop will equip learners with practical tools to understand their organisation’s digital maturity across a range of metrics relating to technology, people, and process – then turn these assessments into an actionable roadmap.
